Antonio Banderas’ new life in Madrid: debuts a luxury penthouse

Antonio Banderas has put an end to his hotel nights in Madrid. The actor, who has lived in Malaga for years but spends a lot of time in the capital for professional reasons, has bought a luxurious penthouse on the Golden Mile with incredible views of El Retiro Park. Antonio has been enjoying his particular Madrid hideaway with Nicole Kimpel for a few months now.. Your new property is a fabulous penthouse located on Alberto Bosch Street, in an almost century-old building that underwent a complete renovation in 2004. The home, which is for temporary stays, has 80 m2 of useful space and has a 20 square meter terrace that facing the street. As an extra, it also has a storage room on the ground floor. The average price per square meter in the area is close to 10,000 euros, so the home could be valued at one and a half million euros.

The luxury heritage of Antonio Banderas

Antonio’s new penthouse adds to the heritage that the actor has in our country, which until now included his two properties in Malaga. The first is La Gaviota, a villa in Marbella that he acquired in 1997, while he was married to Melanie Griffith, and which once belonged to Encarna Sánchez. There he saw his daughter Stella grow up and spent confinement without Nicole, who was trapped in Switzerland due to the state of alarm.

The other is another penthouse, this one in the heart of Malaga, which he acquired in 2014. Antonio has been living between these two properties since he decided to get away from the noise of Hollywood and after his time on the outskirts of London, where he settled to study fashion at Central Saint Martins school.
