In the last hours, he told what no one knew about his relationship with Moria Casán.
Like Mirtha, Moria also stands out for her transparency and her tendency to never hold anything back. It is known that the two divas share common spaces within the entertainment industry, and that on more than one occasion, they had strong friction that highlighted their differences. In this context, Legrand made a sincere defense against his colleague.
Mirtha was questioned by journalists during the Claudio Cosano parade and answered different questions about her present. In the middle of the conversation, she was asked about Moria’s statements in her streaming, who assured that she would not go to her program until Mirtha went to hers. No holds barred, “La Chiqui” responded: “No, she never invited me”.
Regarding Moria’s criticism of him, Legrand said: “I never knew. When she writes to me she is very loving, she tells me nice things… Last year he gave me a divine crown as if to say that I am ‘the queen’. A crown that I didn’t wear because I feel ridiculous“.

Days ago, “La Chiqui” complained on her program about the recent touches that the sculptor Daniel Melero made on his sculpture in Villa Cañás, province of Santa Fe. Although her intention in 2023 was to pay tribute to the diva, Mirtha complained about the appearance of the work and asked for an urgent touch-up. Now that the modifications were made, once again questioned the artist’s work.
On her own program, Mirtha slipped, in front of all her guests: “I’m going to talk about a call I received, because my bust has been replaced again in Villa Cañás. And it’s ugly, I don’t like it. I don’t want that to be in my town. In bronze, everything I have seen, they don’t make teeth, it looks bad“And she added, distressed: “The mayor, who is very kind, sent it to me, and I don’t like it, I don’t like that it’s like this in my town, that’s not me. I think I’m going to die and they’re going to leave it there“.
Last year, the diva had been dissatisfied with her statue and asked Mayor Norberto Gizzi to remake it. In the last hours, she remade herself again, but this generated even more discontent in the diva. The driver of Telenight (El Trece), Dominique Metzger asked Legrand what he thought, to which he responded via WhatsApp: “That’s not me.”.
On the other hand, Gizzi said that he had not wanted to show the changes to the statue to Mirtha to avoid creating a “national debate.” “We made the decision to put it back within the framework of a new anniversary of the city. People asked for it”he announced, in dialogue with The Capital of Rosario.
Finally, the sculptor Daniel Melero responded and explained, in dialogue with Re (FM 107.3): “What she wanted seemed to be a touch-up, we did nothing more than a touch-up to fulfill an idea of a slightly capricious person.. If we know a little about art, we know that it has nothing to do with taste, whether one likes something or not. A work does not go through that side, a work is the reflection of the artist who makes it, and I believe that the question of the subject ends there.”
In this sense, he maintained that “there was a lot of ignorance on Mirtha’s part” in not understanding how art works.. “And I say it with all due respect, on the subject of what art is. After that, it seemed like a culmination issue in my head and saying ‘we are not going to argue or enter into any controversy with a person who does not understand things’, in this case, about art, a topic that should be, at this point in the game, an integrated topic within society,” concluded the artist.
