At 51 years old, Sofia Vergaraknown for her role on “Modern Family,” recently shared her concerns about her body while filming sex scenes for the Netflix series “Griselda.” At a Netflix FYSEE event, Vergara admitted she was “worried” about how she would look in those intimate scenes, US Sun reported.
“I don’t think I’ve ever done a sex scene,” Vergara said, noting that during the 11 seasons of “Modern Family,” she didn’t have any such scenes with co-star Ed O’Neill. This new experience in “Griselda” was a challenge for her, especially due to her age and her insecurities that came with it.

Vergara confessed that if she were 30 years old, she wouldn’t have been so worried about her body image. “I think I was worried I was going to look horrible,” he explained. “I was thinking, ‘Where are they filming me from? Cellulite? From the side?’ I guess I’m vain. That kept me awake, I think.” Despite her initial concerns, Vergara expressed her satisfaction with the final result of the series, which follows the life and death of Colombian drug trafficker Griselda Blanco. “It went right. She’s really dark and Andy, the director, is very artistic and made me feel super comfortable,” she shared. “He would say, ‘We’re never going to stay on you (with the camera) too long.’”
In a further revelation about her personal perspective, Vergara recently indicated her willingness to undergo plastic surgery procedures in an interview with Allure. “I’m going to do all the plastic surgery I can when I’m ready,” she said.. He also mentioned that his busy acting career has been an obstacle to having these procedures performed. “I wish I had more free time — I would have already done things,” she said. “But because I’m on camera, it’s not like I can do something and then stay home recovering for weeks.”
