The conversation with Blessd and his advice

In a video, Aída detailed her feelings, stressing the importance of her relationship with herself and her refusal to tolerate unacceptable situations. “I don’t have a relationship with her. I don’t even know who she is; I do know him, I do have a relationship with him and he failed me. So, I love him with all my heart, but above the love I feel for him is the love I feel for myself and more important than my relationship with him is my relationship with myself, which is the one that has cost me the most to build and there are things that I am not willing to allow between anyone, we are not together anymore and that is the story,” she explained.

Amidst the emotional turmoil, Westcol has found solace in her followers and has generated content related to her situation. In one of these videos, Villa is shown asking for advice from a close friend, the artist known as Blessd, whose real name is Stiven Mesa Londoño.

Blessd, who has a close relationship with Westcol, shared with him a strategy that he has used in his own romantic relationships, known as the “ignore and deny”.

“You have to do that and now, put it in your head, that is in your blood, remember that you are a star, daddy. You carry it inside, but by ignoring and denying you strengthen it through things happening to you, for example, like what happened to you today, you get it into your head that you are going to ignore and deny,” were the words from the singer.

Blessd also suggested that such a tactic should become a daily mantra: “Ignore and deny, from the moment you wake up; the blessing is poured, ignore and deny, breakfast, ignore and deny; lunch, ignore and deny; and you see it like that all day long until it comes out naturally,” he explained.

Although the concept of “ignore and deny” is not entirely clear, seems to refer to a way of handling uncomfortable situations or unwanted advances. To this advice, Westcol responded with some hesitation: “People are telling me to apply it and the truth is that this strategy is not in my body and, well, I want it not to enter.”

Additionally, Blessd recommended two songs to help Villa cope with his pain.: “Look at me in the background” and “The wounded condor”, highlighting them as the best options for the week.
