Michelle Renaud and Matías Novoa became Milo’s parents on June 28. The actress gave birth in a natural water birth at her home in Madrid, in the company of her husband and her eldest son, Marcelo.
The acting couple shared some images of the baby to announce the happy news, but this Saturday the 29th they shared data and photographs of the birth on Instagram.
Michelle Renaud shares her “challenging” experience
The actress used her Instagram account to narrate the experience she experienced during childbirth.
“It was certainly challenging and had its very painful momentseach contraction where my life was going away“I thought, I’m closer to kissing him and seeing him. Being able to welcome my baby into my home with my husband and son made it even more magical.”

Michelle recognized that her husband was an important part of this experience.
“Matías, you are my best everything in life, I don’t know what I would have done without you, you were my lighthouse, my containment, my safe place“It was enough just to feel your hand on me all the time to know that there was no room for doubt (…) from the outside it sometimes seemed like an exorcism, but inside peace reigned.”
The actress also thanked the midwives and doulas who helped her during Milo’s birth.
“It was like a beautiful ceremony where we all managed to make this baby who chose to position himself differently and this body that had not finished dilating give birth to a huge, beautiful and healthy baby.”

The birth of Milo
Although she went through painful moments, the 35-year-old actress said that it was all worth it to have her son in her arms.
“When Milo was born I felt all the love, joy and happiness in the world, thank God I have been able to maintain that feeling until today without leaving my home.”
She explained that her son Marcelo, 6 years old, was present at the birth.
” I was able to share every moment with Marcelo “So that he knows how wonderful, magical, challenging and natural it is to have a baby. Thank you ‘moshi’ for your kisses that filled me with endorphins and eased the pain.”
“Thank you Milo, my beautiful ‘chini’ for this first battle that we lived together where you danced inside me, just as I moved in all the ways there were to manage to accommodate and that you would go out into this world to enjoy. Thank you for making me a mother for the second time and above all, thank you for the father we chose, as we saw during the birth and as we see every day, he is the best father, he is our safe place.”
