This Friday the 7th, the Queen Maxima and the King William Alexander of the Netherlands They announced their traditional summer pose, which on this occasion was brought forward to the usual date (usually at the end of June or well into July) and took place in the spectacular gardens of the Huis ten Bosch Palace, in The Hague, one of the four official residences of the Dutch Royal Family. Smiling and with a relaxed style, the monarchs were accompanied by their three daughters, princesses Amalia – heir to the throne -, Alexia and Ariane, and their pet, a poodle dog called Mambo that they adopted in 2021 and with whom Queen Máxima was playing and running between photos. After this pleasant session, on Monday the 10th the kings will embark on a tour of the United States and will continue with a busy official agenda until Thursday the 27th.
The new photos coincide with a rumor that came to light this week and that has to do with the academic future of Alexia, who took a sabbatical year from her studies. Apparently, the middle daughter of the Kings will go to the University of Groningen, in the Netherlands, although so far there has been no official confirmation. For her part, Princess Ariane finished her first year at the prestigious United World College Adriatic, in Italy, where she is studying the International Baccalaureate.
