In the afternoon of Sunday, the plane of the Army intended for the transfer of 30 soldiers who gave up military service after the exercise carried out in Putre, Arica region, in which Franco Vargas died, reached the group 10 of the Chilean Air Force, in the commune of Pudahuel, Metropolitan region.
According to information from Army to which he agreed DNA, The now ex-conscripts were taken to different regiments: that of Beautiful view, others to Saint Bernard, also to those of the communes of The Queen, Buin and Conchalí.

We are from all over Santiago and the mothers had no idea where they had to go looking, because the information has never been official, a list or something like that. The mothers finding out, asking why a nicer corporal gave them more information. They told them that they were arriving and that they were going to transfer them to different regiments where their parents would go to look for them.”
