On May 16, 2023, six months before his presentations in CDMX, Luis Miguel exhausted the sale of their tickets for the Mexico City Arenaand the rest of his concerts in the country, in just four hours. The singer had announced his rexit to the stages in February and after five years of absence, so his fans went crazy for a ticket to see him again.
Initially three dates were scheduled, but due to the good reception from the public ‘El sol de México’ opened four more in the capital, two more in Monterrey and one in Guadalajara, which were also sold out.
But it is not the first time that the interpreter of “When the sun heats up” achieves sell all the tickets of his shows immediately after he releases them, this is already a constant in his career. Billboard has even recognized him as the highest grossing mexican artist of all time, and these are some examples of why today Luis Miguel’s concerts are a phenomenon.

In 2017, with his “México por siempre” tour, he also had to open two more dates at the National Auditorium after all the presentations he had scheduled for February of the following year were reported sold out.
