The alleged victim is Raffaella di Girolamo.
The 46-year-old psychologist specialized in sexuality is the first daughter of Claudia di Girolamo, actress and queen of soap operas, star of a handful of classics, from La Fiera to La Madrastra, with the artist Ismael Frigerio. When the girl was three years old, the actress fell in love with Cristián Campos on the sets of La Madrastra, they got married, formed a new home with the now psychologist and two new children – the actors Antonio and Pedro Campos. The reported crime would have occurred during that marriage.
The 67-year-old actor remembers that “I met Raffaella when she was three years old and I was with her until I separated from her mother, and she was 17 or 18.” He assures that “until that moment, as far as I understand, we had a very good relationship. “She called me ‘dad’, we lived as a family with my children, with her and Claudia.”
He adds that “despite a difficult adolescence, as all adolescences are, with fights with his mother and such, we always had a very good relationship, where I was practically his father.”
Everything changed when, in 2010, Campos was filming a movie. “I was there, at night, recording, and Raffaella calls me and says ‘I had a flashback and I discovered that I was also abused by my stepfather’… The stepfather was me.”
Campos expresses that “from then on it has been a 14-year chain of threats by different means, by WhatsApp, emails, phone calls; “All very aggressive, all very violent, announcing to me that he was going to file a complaint for this alleged sexual abuse that had occurred 20 years ago.”
