Both Dr Velásquez’s family and his production house, They sent a statement in which they assure that the authorities now have the main suspect in the double homicide.

The statement also clarifies that the victim of this crime It is Sofía Riascos Valdés, 23 years old, current romantic partner of Dr. Velásquez, and not Juliana Muñoz, the mother of his children, ages 3 and 8, whom he had recently divorced.
“We share the pain with Sofía’s family (…) His ex-wife and mother of his two children is out of danger,” the letter says.

This man, who was initially said to be the uncle of the businessman and urban music artist, was actually not related to the victims and was the house’s butler.
