The premiere of MasterChef Celebrity Colombia 2024 has not only surprised by the culinary skills of several celebrities, but also by the personal ties that have been revealed between some of the participants. One of the highlights of the first week was the emotional reunion between the actors Juan Pablo Llano and Ilenia Antonini, who starred in a moving episode in the competition.

Through a publication on his Instagram account, Juan Pablo Llano shared the story behind his relationship with Ilenia Antonini, clarifying that he has known her since she was a baby.
“This #TBT is next to this beautiful girl @ileniazul, which I’ve known since I was a baby. She is the daughter of a great actress but above all a great friend, @morellazul. Here, between us, the two of them were an example and inspiration for @catagomezpi and I in how we wanted to educate our children. I am happy to meet you again @ileniazul in this beautiful project. I celebrate every good thing that happens to you not only here but in your career,” wrote the actor, who highlighted the friendship that exists with Morella Zuleta, mother of his now reality show partner on Masterchef Celebrity.
Precisely, it was Ilenia Antonini’s mother who told details of the image that Juan Pablo Llano shared with his daughter. “That photo was in the 2006 World Cup final between Italy and France and Italy had just won and she was celebrating and that’s why she had her cheek painted,” the woman commented.
The meeting between both characters took place within the framework of a Masterchef Celebrity salvation challenge, where they had to face each other to avoid the first elimination. After an intense culinary face-to-face, the judges favored Llano’s preparation, which allowed her to continue in the competition, leaving the young woman at risk of elimination. Despite the rivalry, during the challenge, Juan Pablo Llano not only demonstrated his skill in the kitchen, but also his emotional support for Antonini, who faced moments of tension and nervousness.
