Manizales Mayor’s Office will pay tribute to Dayro Moreno

In honor of sport, this Tuesday, April 23, there will be a recognition of Dayro Moreno, forward of the Once Caldas club, who, with 225 goals, positioned himself as the top scorer in Colombian professional soccer in its entire history.

With a long career as an athlete, largely linked to the white team, Dayro has brought great joy to all Manizaleños, because of the 225 goals he has scored, 113 have been wearing the Once Caldas shirt. For his outstanding career and for his great achievements, with which the name of the club and the image of the city have been highlighted, the municipal administration will pay tribute to the footballer from Tolima, who will be given the keys and the shield of the city, in a special event, to be held on Tuesday, April 23, at 4:00 pm at the Palogrande stadium.

Within the framework of Children’s Month, the Manizales Mayor’s Office also extends the invitation to boys and girls who are fans of professional soccer to participate in this sporting and cultural event. The stadium doors will be open from 3:15 p.m.
