IBAL, the company in charge of providing the aqueduct and sewage service in Ibagué, announced that this Sunday the connections of phase 3 of the complementary aqueduct will be developed in order to allow the functionality of the Industrial zone tank located near the headquarters of the Prosecutor’s Office.
“The Ibaguereña Aqueduct and Sewer Company, IBAL, informs all users of the neighborhoods corresponding to hydraulic districts 8 and 9which this Sunday, April 28, will have interruptions in the supply of drinking water,” the company indicated.
According to Jorge Díaz, director of Planning at Ibal, The work that will be carried out is expected to start at 1:00 in the afternoon and end around 7:00 at night.
“We call on the users of Villa Café, Valparaíso, El Limonar, Picaleña, Las Américas, among others, to that they make responsible use of water, while we complete the works”Diaz said.
It is expected that On Sunday night the processes to restore the aqueduct service beginbut the problems with the precious liquid are projected to last until Monday, April 29.
In this situation, The company called on users to have enough water to face this cut that will take place after noon on Sunday.
