Authorities are investigating the incident to determine the circumstances.

A woman was the target of a shooting while traveling in her vehicle between the Paris and Jorge Eliécer Gaitán sectors.

The affected person is Yolanda Patricia Parra Morón, who identified herself as a lender in the area. Although the medical report indicates that her condition is stable and she is not in danger, authorities are investigating the incident due to the high incidence of similar events in the town.

The incident occurred on 2nd Street, between 17th and 18th Streets, in an area that marks the border between the Paris and Jorge Eliécer Gaitán neighborhoods.

Witnesses report that the incident occurred when the victim, who was in his white vehicle with license plate JUD786, was approached by an individual on a motorcycle whose characteristics were not identified.

It was reported that the passenger on the motorcycle pulled out a traumatic weapon and fired several times without saying a word, which led the victim to lose control and crash into the facade of a nearby home.

The woman was helped by neighbors and received medical attention at the San Cristóbal Hospital, located near the site where she suffered the shooting attack.
