New Italy Racing won 1-0 Quilmesin one of the most outstanding matches of date 13 of the Primera Nacional 2024. The match was played at the Miguel Sancho stadium and was refereed by Juan Pafundi.
At 17 minutes the advantage came for the albicelestes. Matías Ferreira, visiting defender, fouled midfielder Nicolás Sánchez and the referee awarded a penalty. And, at 19, he kicked it Facundo Riverowhich he defined barbaric: above and to the right of goalkeeper Esteban Glellel.
With this result, which meant Quilmes’ first fall in the tournament, the team technically led by Juan Carlos Olave reached 17 points and was in 11th place; while his opponent stayed at 23 units, one less than San Martín de Tucumán, the leader.
