Today Asspur made public a document in which he details his career, the recognition he achieved from the Government after an extended fight plan and a salary floor achieved, above 700,000 pesos, but reveals a certain discomfort with other actors.
The union highlighted the creation of the health sector dialogue table as an achievement as a result of the struggle and accused – with obvious annoyance – that “Putative fathers appear everywhere who take credit for the victory they have achieved.” There are no direct mentions but some discomfort is inferred with the position of the self-convened sectors and especially the Association of Technicians and Professionals, who will be included in the dialogue table with the Province.
Asspur called on public health workers to join their union for a “better defense of their rights and the public health system” and encouraged: “There is room for all of us to be part.”

We open a transcendent and transformative stage in the political and union life of our
province. From a fight that he had the hospital assemblies as the protagonist,

In this framework of struggle, ASSPUR, a genuine creation of the foundations of the health team

After a battle of almost three years, the government of Río Negro had to recognize that there are
a new collective, democratic, autonomous, pluralist and grassroots actor that is ASSPUR, and accepted

The recognition of the State despite multiple pressures was expressed in the creation of the
sectoral health dialogue table, which from now on will become the scope of
negotiation for the group of health workers of Río Negro.

Our commitment today is to deepen grassroots democracy, to continue in the fight for the most
that we still lack, and avoiding any attempt at past or future division or sectorization,
to grow within a framework of pluralism and inclusion of all regions, of all
professions and tasks of the health team, to Asspur as a genuine, democratic and
plural of the health workers of Río Negro.
We call on each and every public health worker to participate to
that this tool, which is their collective creation, can lead them to a better defense of
their rights and the public health system.
