A subject who posed as a customer in a commercial establishment stole the owner’s cell phone when she, in a moment of carelessness, left it on the cash register counter. The criminal, stealthily, took it and kept it in her pants.
The incident took place in a clothing store located on Carrera 6 and Calle 10 in the center of the Riohacha District, where everything was recorded on security cameras at the time the subject committed his criminal act.
“Insecurity in the downtown area is strong, we are exposed to all this, it is unfortunate that these events continue to occur that affect commerce in the center of Riohacha, we hope that the authorities can find this subject so that he does not continue committing thefts” said a merchant from the downtown sector.
The merchants make the video public in order to identify the subject who committed the theft and have him respond to the authorities. They indicated that they are tired of this situation that occurs in the center of the Riohacha District and ask the authorities for greater controls.
