What are the new lines like?

“Based on the background of Enlace and Enlazados, the new lines of action focus on the professionalization of human capital to address the demands for innovation and competitiveness at the local, regional and international level. These initiatives represent tangible actions that reflect State policy drawn up by Governor Alfredo Cornejo, oriented towards economic opening and strengthening the provincial productive matrix,” explained Vega Espinoza.

Young Link Program: This line aims to close the gap between the academic world and the reality of the working world. Aimed at young people between 18 and 30 years old with advanced studies, it will become a tool articulated with universities and higher institutes to achieve their first professional experience.

Pre-Link Plus: At the request of companies with needs for the immediate incorporation of highly qualified profiles, the Pre-Enlace Plus program will be created. This program, with a maximum duration of 6 months, will allow for trained personnel to be immediately incorporated into the staff.

Strategic Links: This is a special line within the Enlazados program, lasting 7 months and aimed at the incorporation of highly specialized human capital. It is aimed at economic sectors with high value-added production, such as industry, international tourism, the knowledge economy and sustainable extractive productions.
