All residents of the city who have built new works without the regulatory documentation or extensions to those declared with approved plans, must do so at the Cadastre Directorate of the documentation corresponding to each case.
The municipal ordinances in force establish the obligation to present technical work documentationprior to the start of any type of edification. For this reason, the residents of Yerba Buena who built any type of work without municipal permission must present the technical documentation to the application authority, thus allowing, regularize the undeclared situations.
The campaign is aimed at owners or possessors as owners of real estate that they do not possess background of construction plans registered in the Directorate of Cadastre and Private Building of Yerba Buena, as well as those cases in which there are antecedents registered in the distribution and present to date extensions not reflected in said antecedents.
For this reason, the neighbors have time until September 30th of the current year to get closer to the Cadastre officesLocated in Moreno 79to request the requirements for the start of the processing and present the documentation corresponding to each case.
The municipality makes itself available and asks residents to collaborate with the campaign, which will help preserve a transparent city.
