We make your procedures easier! We implemented new service points for procedures and Planning services in Santiago de Cali

• The Mayor’s Office of Santiago de Cali, through the Administrative Department of Planning, arranged 16 of the 22 CALIs that the city has, to file requests for Planning procedures and services.

• There are 9 Planning procedures and services that Cali citizens will be able to file in the CALIs designated for this purpose.

Santiago de Cali, May 3, 2024

Starting April 30, users who carry out some procedures and services with the Administrative Planning Department (DAP) will be able to do so by filing the request at the new service points located in the Integrated Local Administration Centers (CALI) listed below: 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21.

This is because, in compliance with article 73 of Law 1474 of 2011, the Central Administration of the District of Santiago de Cali annually prepares the Anti-Corruption and Citizen Service Plan, where the anti-procedures strategies are found.

For this reason, the Administrative Department of Planning formulated the action plan to rationalize procedures and services for the period 2024, with the purpose of achieving an increase in the service points available to citizens and the reduction or decongestion of access to Single Window of the Municipal Administrative Center – CAM.

Below are the procedures and services for which this rationalization action will be applied:

1. Certificate of delimitation of commune, neighborhood, township and village.
2. Determinants for the formulation of partial plans.
3. Formulation and filing of the partial plan project.
4. Determinants for the adjustment of a partial plan.
5. Adjustment of an adopted partial plan.
6. Basic scheme.
7. Territorial determinants for the formulation of zonal planning plans in the suburban rural land of Santiago de Cali.
8. Formulation and filing of the zonal planning project in the suburban rural land of Santiago de Cali.
9. Formulation and filing of special management and protection plans for real estate of cultural interest.
