Councilors of the municipality of San José del Guaviare began the review of the Municipal Development Plan built by Mayor Willy Rodríguez’s team with the participation of the communities of the municipality, an exercise in which they expressed their needs and difficulties in their neighborhoods, populated centers and neighborhoods.
Councilor Dagoberto Ruiz, announced the 7 chapters that make up the thick lines of the plan, where the study that will be carried out during this month of ordinary sessions will be focused, among which he mentioned a first chapter that contemplates social dialogues for the formulation of the Plan. of Development, the second is made up of the comprehensive diagnosis of the territory, the third chapter is about Peace, the fourth is about royalties, the fifth is about the component of the strategic plan, the sixth is about the Multi-Annual Plan and the seventh chapter is about monitoring and evaluation of the municipal Development Plan.
He says that they are convinced that there was inclusion of all sectors of the indigenous population, Afro people, mothers who are heads of households, displaced people and all the needs of the inhabitants of the municipality.
As a representative in this corporation of the families residing in Tomachipán and the entire sector of the Inírida River, he will be fully involved in the approval of the plan, ensuring that they are included in the goals set by the municipal executive. Regarding public order in that sector, he states that everything is in complete order.
Finally, he referred to the proposal he presented to the council to invite the coordinator of the University of the Amazon to present to the Council the offers that the university is offering for the youth of Guaviare.
