Alex Roncallo, who by opposition statute accepted the seat in the Municipal Council of Tenerife, Magdalena, by achieving the second highest vote after Jorge Mercado Botero, renounced his credential motivated by the alleged irregularities committed by the board of directors, whose president is Councilor Roberto Angulo Cantillo, from the AICO party.

Roncallo left the corporation on May 1, and the councilor who obtained the third largest vote from the AICO Party will occupy his seat. Amauris Enrique Badillo Anaya.

After retiring from the Roncallo corporation, he questioned the actions of the president of the corporation and other colleagues, pointing out that Roberto Angulo has tried to establish a dictatorship by calling sessions that only he and no one else attends, much less the members of the opposition.

dHe also stated that, if the plenary session of the Council has met twice since it was installed, it is a lot, because the other sessions have been held remotely. He said that, not even in the secretariat there are copies of the minutes and worse still, the president “created an issue and held some sessions without even attending, that is very serious.”“, said.

He accused councilor Yesith Padilla, of his same political current, of having “slagged” in exchange for the vice presidency of one of the commissions, where some anomalous events have occurred.
