Chapter I
Scope and objectives

Article 1°.- This law regulates the organization and operation of the “Regime of designated professors.”

Chapter II Formation of positions

Art. 4o.- Teachers will be appointed, within the framework of this law, in one of the positions that are

Art. 5o.– Teachers designated by positions will have obligations in accordance with the subjects of the

Art. 8o.– The Ministry of Education establishes the new functional plant of the establishments

Part-time position No. 4: minimum of 6 hours of teaching and up to 6 hours of extra class, totaling 12
weekly hours;

Chapter III Admission and appointments

Art. 18.- The appointments for interim positions and replacements of professors who aspire to positions are

Chapter IV
Functional organic plants and institutional organization

Art. 27.- The Ministry of Education must present a report every six months to the Education Commission.
