At the opening, Secretary Romina Sassarini highlighted the interest and high turnout from the business sector: “This training is crucial, since it paves the way for two other modules, Canon and Royalties. In this way, the Government of Salta advances towards a digital system that centralizes mining information, promoting transparency and simplifying management.”

The Modernization Secretariat also participated in the training through Arturo Escudero, who explained the integration process with the Digital Identity system (IDI), which allows validating the identities of people who request access to SIMSa. Once validated, they are given a username and a temporary password to access and complete the necessary information.

It is relevant to note that the socioeconomic impact module includes all producers and explorers of first, second and third category mining activities, covering lithium, gold, silver and copper projects, as well as aggregates, perlite, pozzolana and other third category substances. category.

With this training, the mining sector is encouraged to be part of a more transparent and accessible process, allowing society to know the impact of mining activities and their contribution to the economy.
