Next May 18 will celebrate the tenth edition of the tradition carriage exhibition in the gardens of the Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos, coinciding with the first Saturday of the fair.
The president of the Tradition Carriage Club, María Antonia Torres, presented this morning the poster made by the equestrian designer and photographer, Ramón Azañón. Is about “one of the most important activities for our club» and «it will be when we put our heritage of antique carriages on the street», explains Torres.
At the event, which will be free until capacity is reached, “all the characteristics of the participating carriages will be discussed”, which this year will be a minimum of 15but the exact figures are unknown because it coincides with El Rocío.
Itinerary
The appointment will give the starting gun at 12 noon in the Alcázar of the Christian Monarchs, coinciding with a solemn mass officiated by the Bishop of Córdoba in the Hermitage of Nuestra Señora de la Salud. Once both events are finished, all the carriages will ride until they reach the Arenal.
The end of the tour is scheduled for 2 p.m. at the fair’s entrance for a family photo and the presentation of awards at the Municipal Booth.
