The inhabitants of Foundation municipality, Magdalena, are terrified and shocked after the discovery of a dismembered body inside a cellar and a garbage bag, abandoned in the heart of the city.
A A security camera captured the moment when two individuals on a motorcycle threw the containers on the side of the street.
The action caught the attention of passers-by, who upon approaching discovered an intimidating message stuck in the cellar.

“This is what will happen to all the people who try to sell or distribute drugs, collect extortion or execute any kind of illegal income,” said a poster that was stuck on the container.
The terror was greater when uncovering the cellar and unwrapping the bag. and realizing that inside was the dismembered body of a dark-skinned male person.
The news immediately spread on social networks, attracting the attention of thousands of people who could not believe what was happening.
Those who recognized him said that he was Andrés Barros Contreras, a young man who resides in Fundación and who had not been seen all day.
The Police were present at the scene to transfer the remains to the morgue and begin investigations.
Although a group calling itself “Los Primos” took responsibility for the crime, judicial sources indicated that these types of actions are characteristic of self-defense groups in dispute for control of the territory and illegal activities.
Fear has spread in the Foundation, since this macabre event seems to be an intimidating message to the population. The presence of pamphlets circulating in the town with the names of people designated as military targets increases concern among the inhabitants.
