The Municipality of the Banda del Río Salí continued on Monday the works that have been carried out on Santo Cristo Avenue, actions that are part of the Urbanization Plan implemented by the Municipality to recover and revalue our city. This municipal operation consisted of several instances carried out by different areas.
From the Monitoring Center, a security dome was placed at the intersections of Avenida Santo Cristo and Leocadio Paz with the objective of monitoring, controlling and caring for the children and adolescents who attend the Ramón Paz Posse School and the Santa Rita School. , educational institutions that are located in the area. To improve the visualization of the security domes and maximize their usefulness, Civil Defense cut down some trees in the area. The Public Works and Services area launched cleaning tasks and the Secretary of Security contributed to the operation with the painting of pedestrian crossings. From the Traffic Department, they closed the corresponding streets and managed traffic.
In this way, through the Urbanization Plan, Santo Cristo Avenue is almost entirely paved, with LED lighting and cutting-edge technology in terms of security.
Under the motto “We make Banda del Río Salí”, the municipal management leaves a mark through these actions, demonstrating its commitment to the city and its inhabitants in these difficult times that our country is going through socially and economically. For this reason, the Municipality maintains that they will not give up and guarantee to continue with the works that not only improve our city, but also the quality of life of the citizens.
