They file charges and impose measures in cases of sexual abuse

Neuquen– In a charging hearing, the prosecutor in the case, Laura Pizzipaulo, accused a man, JRVG, of having sexually abused a teenager in a town near the city of Zapala.
The prosecution charged him with the crime of simple sexual abuse in real competition with the crime of sexual abuse with carnal access, in an attempt and as author (articles 119 first and third paragraphs, 42 and 45 of the Penal Code).
The theory of the case investigated by the Public Prosecutor’s Office is the event that occurred on August 10, 2023 between approximately 9 p.m. and midnight, in a town near the city of Zapala. The accused accompanied the victim to a booth and committed the abuse.
To protect the victim, the prosecutor required that the accused be prohibited from approaching a radius of less than 100 meters, as well as the prohibition of maintaining any type of contact, by himself or by third parties and by any means, for the period of four months.
The defender of the Rights of Children and Adolescents, Natalia Díaz, agreed with what was stated by the prosecution.
The guarantee judge Bibiana Ojeda declared the charges formulated and granted the precautionary measures in all their terms.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office has four months to carry out the investigation.
