Las Tunas.- This Tuesday, also in this eastern Cuban province, the entrance tests for Higher Education begin, a crucial moment for all those young people who aspire to continue their studies. The conditions are created to successfully carry out all the exams, representatives of the General Directorate of Education here assured.
The testing calendar opens with Mathematics this May 7. While Spanish and History will be applied on the 10th and 14th, respectively. A total of about 900 students must appear at the nine locations defined in all municipalities. The Luis Urquiza Jorge pre-university vocational institute of exact sciences (Ipvce) will welcome, as usual, the students of the center itself, as well as applicants belonging to the Carlos Leyva school sports initiation school (EIDE).
There will be more than 120 teachers who will participate in the qualification, all highly trained professionals committed to the comprehensive training of students.
During this week, applicants will have the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge and skills in different areas of study. The Admission Commission wished them all success and reminded them that “they must appear, punctually, at 8:00 in the morning at the corresponding location and that for the examination they must show their Identity Card as a requirement.”
