The creator of the flag appears in the image, Manuel Belgranoand Maria Remedios del Valleheroine of the War of Independence.
As explained by the monetary authority, the bill begins to be distributed this Tuesday through the network of bank branches and ATMs throughout the country.
“This new issue will facilitate transactions, make the logistics of the financial system more efficient and will significantly reduce the costs of acquiring finished banknotes,” it was stated.
The characteristics
– Watermark: Against the light you can see the portraits of María Remedios del Valle and Manuel Belgrano, and the initials of their names in a light tone.
– Vented security thread: red thread that is revealed in three “windows” and has a dynamic effect when moving the bill. When held against the light, it is seen as a continuous band with the acronym BCRA.
– Optical variability ink: It changes from gold to green when you tilt the bill, with a dynamic three-dimensional effect.
– Latent image: When you look at the bill with grazing light, you can see the initials “RA” and the front-back complementation motif is completed, when the value “10,000” appears.
