In this month of May, how much is the only Telecommunications company in Cuba, ETECSA, selling landlines for? The first thing you should keep in mind is that the price is the Freely Convertible Currency (MLC), that is, backed by foreign currency.
Although ETECSA does not have many options in terms of the variety of landlines for sale these days in its territorial offices, it does have some for sale. But they range from 21 MLC to almost 100, depending on the brand and type.
Below, we present the prices and details of the two most economical models at the ETECSA offices. We point out that these are phones that have been on sale for months.

Panasonic KX-T7703W: This landline phone has a price of 21 MLC and is an ideal option for those looking for a basic and functional model.

Panasonic KX-T7703B: Like the previous model, this landline is also priced at 21 MLC. It offers the same features as the KX-T7703 W, making it a good choice for those looking for a simple and reliable phone.
Both models of Panasonic landline telephones are compatible with ETECSA’s landline telephone network and can be purchased at the company’s commercial offices throughout the country.
ETECSA: landline prices in May
Other price options and landline telephones in May, at the ETECSA offices, according to their official website, are more expensive. For example, also from Panasonic, there are the wireless types, KX-TGC352, at just over 55 MLC., the KX-TGC353 at 82 MLC and finally the most expensive, is the Panasonic, KX-TGC363 at 99.45 MLC.
As you can see, it’s not that there are many options, only five types of ETECSA landlines for sale in MLC for this month.
The shortage of equipment in Cuba has also impacted ETECSA’s landline telephone service. The company has recognized that there are thousands of landlines that have not been able to be moved or activated for up to three years, because they do not have equipment to replace and those they do have are for sale in foreign currency.
