Havana Cuba. – The Ministry of Public Health confirmed that in the last recorded week, no cases of Covid-19 were reported in Cuba.
Information from MINSAP indicates that at the close of the week from April 27 to May 3, 2024, 0 patients were admitted, 0 suspected, and 0 confirmed active.
For the surveillance of Covid-19 in Cuba, 168 samples were carried out, with 0 being positive. The country accumulates 14 million 403 thousand 419 samples carried out and 1 million 115 thousand 252 positive ones.
No positive cases reported this week.
Of the 1,115,252 patients diagnosed with disease 0, 0 remain actively admitted. There are 8,530 deaths accumulated (none in the week). During the week there was one discharge, accumulating 1 million 106 thousand 61. No serious patients or confirmed critical patients were reported in the country’s Intensive Care Units.
