Today, residents who have debts with the City Government for services, such as ABL, Patents and Gross Income, are assigned to a representative to carry out the judicial process to collect the debt.
The president has guaranteed a minimum fee subject to the Tariff Measurement Unit -UMA, today 68,285 pesos- and that value has been distorting the proportion between the debt and the cost for the work performed, which became much higher than the debt. .
