In addition, it is recognized that there will be a mentorship, made up of the Commission of Guardians of the Ranchería River that is created.

It should be noted that, in the debates of the Senate of the Republic, the formation of the Commission based on the Law was proposed, but, in accordance with the considerations of the Prior Consultation Directorate, it was suggested that these actors define the formation of the Commission. Guardian Commission.

It is necessary to mention that the institutional, private and social actors that will make up the commission are: national institutions, regional institutions, social actors and private actors. The main function of the Ranchería River Guardian Commission is the creation of the design of the Action Plan that will last 10 years.
