The provincial secretariat of the Cuban Workers’ Union (CTC) in Villa Clara established in its last meeting strict control over the organic process of the organization’s 22nd Congress, especially the beginning of the Municipal Conferences.
After having trained the leaders at different levels and strengthened the base structures, the conferences began in the 13 municipalities of the territory with the purpose of reviewing the work carried out in the last five years.
This process begins tomorrow, Thursday, in the municipality of Manicaragua. Its purpose is to debate, among other topics, the economy of that agricultural area and the possibilities of local development, as well as the influence of union actions to achieve efficiency and productivity, as well as quality in the services.
Likewise, the meeting focused on the need to implement control of the use of different energy carriers and the importance of implementing integrated management systems that promote innovation and development.
