Within the framework of the celebration of the Accounting Week the College of Public Accountants of San Luis Potosí ACcelebrates the public accountant like every year, with a series of interesting conferences that in this thirty-third edition, which has been dedicated to Artificial Intelligence in Business, explained Santiago Galvanone of the organizers of the event, together with the president of this organization throughout the State, Thomas Aradillas.
From May 13 to 17 at exactly 5:00 p.m. Every day, high-level exhibitors will offer various conferences addressing the topic of artificial intelligence (AI) from different angles, and that are clearly related to the exercise of this profession.
In the state there are about 12 thousand Public Accountants and around 500 active members are registered in the College. who are those who actively participate in the activities that are organized for their best performance in society.
They are located in the Huasteca region, the highlands, the middle region, and in the central area, they form work commissions on all topics, whether fiscal, finance, government, social security, prevention, money laundering, and many commissions. within the same school. From there, they develop certain criteria that have to do with the technical analysis of the needs of the people of Potosí.
For This Monday, May 13, Juan Carlos Cuevas Tello is scheduled to participatespecialist in practical applications, who will speak on Artificial Intelligence, AI, in the company and other environments.
On Tuesday, May 14, speaker Francisco Patiño Richarte, a lawyer who will focus on the Prevention of Money Laundering with the use of AI technologies, is scheduled to participate. This issue is very important since the 2023 National Risk Assessment recorded that illicit resources in Mexico between 2019 and 2021 reached a figure that exceeded 43 billion pesos, an aspect that must be analyzed by the accounting department.
The same day, Gustavo Niño, will address a practical topic based on data-based business decisions.
