Mobility resumes after riots at the National University
This Thursday commemorated the day when the public forces violently entered the National University on May 16, 1984, killing several students and professors.
For several hours, students from the National University protested and carried out riots on Carrera 30, blocking the passage of the Transmilenio fleets and vehicles that passed through the area.
Around eight at night, the protesters dispersed after an intervention by the UNDMO and mobility was restored.
Road closures are added in the NQS
There are the following road closures on Av. NQS, affecting the mixed carriageway:

- Av. NQS with 45th street, direction ns.

To the drivers, they suggested taking Calle 63 to the east and Av. Carrera 24 and/or Av. Carrera Séptima to the north.
UNDMO intervenes protest in front of the National University

The east-west direction of 26th Street remains blocked
After noon on Thursday, May 16, a group of protesters who gathered in front of the entrance to 26th Street of the National University, blocked the passage through the mixed lane of the avenue in the east-west direction.
“There is a demonstration on Av. El Dorado (26th Street) with Carrera 33. The closure of the east-west corridor is implemented at Carrera 32A,” indicated the Secretary of Mobility.
It is suggested that those traveling on 26th Street head north from 32A Street, following the recommendations of the traffic personnel who are on the road.
Road damage in the west-east direction of 72nd Street with 10th Street due to demonstration
A few minutes after 11:00 am this Thursday, May 16, mobility problems were reported after a demonstration that took place in the town of Chapinero, specifically on 72nd Street and 10th Street, west-east direction.
The authorities recommend, as an alternative route to move towards the east of the city, 53rd Street.
On the other hand, Transmilenio announced several changes to its routes due to the road effects resulting from the demonstration:
M84 Service: The mobiles advance along Carrera 11 to Calle 70, continue east, take Carrera 9ª towards the north (to Calle 76) to finally return as C84.

The routes will resume their usual routes when safety conditions allow it.

The accident occurred after 5:30 am on South 65th Street and 78B Road, west-east direction. After a spectacular crash between a motorcycle and a private vehicle, one person died, according to the Ministry of Mobility.
