“Adventures of Estrella and Estrellita” debuts in CiTá. Options for a family outing.

Today at 4 p.m. the Mercedes Sosa theater (San Martín 479) opens the door to all children, medium and old who want to spend an hour or so in a state of play, poetry, reflection and emotions, at pure rhythm and with guaranteed fun . The thing is that at that time Canticuénticos will take the stage.

The renowned musical group that they make up Ruth Hillar, Laura Ibanez, Cynthia Bertolino, Gonzalo Carmelé, Daniel Bianchi, Nahuel Ramayo and Sebastian Cuneo, brings a new show they have called “To know that I love you.” This is the name of their sixth and brand new album (now available on platforms) where they address new topics to sing and think about, such as adoption, social justice and the defense of public education.

With this proposal, the people of Santa Fe come from shining in Spain and in several Argentine cities, and they are preparing to take it to Mexico, Colombia and Chile.

It is likely that fans will ask for hits like “El mamboretá”, “Cumbia del monster” or “A cocochito”, which cannot be missing from the Canticuénticos playlist.

Premiere

In “Adventures of Estrella and Little Star” the sweet and tender story of two sisters, very curious and enthusiastic, who travel in a hot air balloon around the world sharing stories, songs and many fun stories is told. One day his balloon is lost and nothing will be the same. How will Estrella and Estrellita manage to travel again? What will they have to learn to continue their journey? What new adventure will lie ahead?

The play premieres today, in two performances, at 5 and 6:30 p.m., at CiTá Abasto de Cultura (La Madrid 1,457), and promises music, adventures and many adventures in a story that makes the family laugh and get excited.

In the musical, created for children from the age of two, there will be a journey into fantasy where they can explore and learn about values, with significant learning for early childhood.

The text and music are from Diego Oria, author, director, trainer and producer of theater and television. They act Marta Bongiovanni and Romina Toledo; steering assistance is Cecilia Toledo; musical direction, Cynthia Gomez; and the general direction and staging, of Jorge Pérez Lucena.

Meanwhile, at 5 p.m., in the Auditorium of the Virla Cultural Center (May 25, 265), “Poco Loco” is revived, a musical work with live songs and choreographies directed by Lorena Mazza Danert. It is the adaptation of the Disney film “Coco”, inspired by the Mexican holiday of the Day of the Dead, with its messages about life, death, loved ones and respect for different cultures.

Also at 5 p.m., but at the Rosita Ávila municipal theater (Las Piedras 1,550) “Beauty and the Prince Turned into a Beast” returns to the stage. It is an adaptation of the story “Beauty and the Beast”, made by Armando Diaz. They act Mariela Lucía Casanova like Bella and Mariano Hernandez like the prince, supported by Aníbal Rueda, Tuly Lopez, Alejandro Liendo and Nelson Alfonso; steering assistance Roberto Chicho Ortega; wardrobe, Isabel Arevalo and direction by Díaz y Rueda. The revival is part of the celebrations for the 37 years of the El Circo theater group.

At 6 p.m. in the Press Circle (Mendoza 240) “Academy of Witches” comes on stage. This comedy for the whole family uses laughter and humor to convey a message about inclusion and the need to relax the rules based on the problems that an aspiring witch has when entering a school where only women are accepted. Directed by Luke Lamthey act Monica Laméndula, Antonella Fanjul, Vanina Carbone and Pato Arrieta.
