According to a study carried out by OCCWorldthe largest job board in Mexico, 43% of job offers in the manufacturing sector are concentrated in San Luis Potosí.

David Centeno, collaborator of the MX Internet Association and expert in job search and professional development, shared these findings during his conference “Human Talent in the Manufacturing Industry” at the International Congress of Human Talent organized by the Association of Human Talent Management Executives of San Luis Potosí AC (ADERIAC).

The rapid recovery of the manufacturing industry after the pandemic has generated intense competition for talent. However, this growth has also led to an increase in staff turnover due to high demand and the need for constant training.

However, there are alarming figures, between 10 thousand and 20 thousand pesos is the salary range received by the majority of workers surveyed in the manufacturing industry. This level of remuneration can affect motivation and, in some cases, even lead to consideration of resignation.
