Education strengthens links with the socio-productive sector

The Minister of Education, Culture, Science and Technology, Cristina Fiore Viñualessigned cooperation agreements with the companies Caminoa, Servicios Automotrices SRL Norpec and Curtiembre Alei SRL.

The objective is to continue promoting more and more young people and adults from Salta who are trained as qualified labor forces, linking themselves to the world of work through professional practices and vocational training.

In this way, students from the Higher Institute No. 6036 (UFIDET) of Salta Capital, will carry out their internships at the official dealership of the Volvo Trucks & Buses and Renault Trucks brand, considered one of the best in the NOA region; while the students of the technical school No. 3148 “Otto Krause” will be trained in the Norpec workshops, in order to develop skills and attitudes towards a specific job.

Finally, students of technique No. 3108 “Rudecindo Alvarado” from Rosario de Lerma and IES No. 6026 will carry out professional practices in different sections of the Alei Tannery, considered one of the most important exporters of tanned leather in Argentina.

More investment in equipment

This Friday, at the Agrotechnological Pole that operates at the Technical School No. 3122 Martin Miguel de Güemes, 70 technical backpacks were also delivered, representing around 40 million pesos.

This equipment is delivered to Tertiary Level students studying nursing in Salta.

This material is essential so that they can carry out their practices. They are inputs from the National government.
