Developing leadership skills in girls and boys allows them all to take control of their lives. If this seed is planted in children, they gain confidence in solving problems creatively, working as a team, and collaborating with their peers.

Specifically, tomorrow, Saturday, May 25, the Autonomous University of Bucaramanga, Unab, will undertake training in leadership and transformation in boys and girls of the territory.

The day, which will take place over several Saturdays, will be led by the Social Transformation Directorate of that higher education center.

Boys and girls from the rural sector are expected to arrive, specifically from the Vijagual village; as well as neighborhoods in the urban sector of the North and Morrorrico Communes; and even from neighborhoods in the municipality of Girón.

It will be a training adventure, where creativity will be the perfect setting to narrate the voices of our territory based on the development of leadership skills and competencies. It’s our children’s time!
