The homicide of Juan Gabriel Angarita Conde, 36 years old, who was known by the alias ‘Orejas’, would be related to a new case of social intolerance.

Alias ​​’Orejas’, according to his family, was unemployed, single and although he spent his time on the streets, his family resides in the Santa Ana neighborhood of Floridablanca, the town where he was murdered.

On the afternoon of this Thursday, May 23, Juan Gabriel requested a service from a ‘mototaxi driver’ to take him from the Santa Ana neighborhood to La Cumbre where he was going to take some recycling material.

The driver of the informal transport ‘gave him the run’, but when he arrived in the La Cumbre neighborhood, Angarita Conde did not pay him and fled.

The enraged motorcyclist, some time later, went looking for him in the Santa Ana neighborhood and when he found him, he demanded that he pay him.

“It was around 4:30 pm and they started arguing. Since she didn’t pay him, they got into a fight and the ‘motorcycle taxi driver’ left,” said a witness.

However, after 6 pm on Thursday, May 23, on 8th Street between Carreras 7 and 9, the motorcycle driver returned and this time with a sharp weapon he caused a wound at the heart level of alias ‘Orejas’. .

According to the forensic report, the deceased had a sharp weapon wound at the level of the anterior chest.

“The victim walked several blocks until he reached a commercial establishment in the sector, where he told the shopkeeper that he had been injured; Later, he was taken by acquaintances to the Foscal Clinic where, according to a report from the medical center, he arrived without vital signs,” the Police noted in the report.

Juan Gabriel Angarita Conde had four notes for the crime of drug trafficking. According to a brother, he remained on the streets consuming narcotic substances and had had problems for theft.

“He was known for shoplifting in the same neighborhood. “He indicated that on several occasions he had been subjected to injuries or blows due to substance consumption,” the Police reported.

A police camera would have recorded the unfortunate homicide due to social intolerance. The CTI of the Prosecutor’s Office was in charge of the technical inspection of the corpse and the transfer to the Institute of Legal Medicine in Bucaramanga.
