Zapala Free Trade Zone: they will present their benefits to companies

Next Thursday, May 30, from 9 a.m., in Neuquén capital, there will be an informative talk on the characteristics and benefits of the Zapala Free Trade Zone, which already is enabled to start operations.

The contents of the activity, organized by the Pyme-Adeneu Center -Ministry of Economy, Production and Industry- will be in charge of the concessionaire company of the only free zone in the province.

The meeting will take place in the auditorium of the Pyme-Adeneu Center, located at Sarmiento 802 in the city of Neuquén. The only requirement to participate is that companies register through the educational campus available at www.adeneu.com.ar/campus.

It will allow the establishment of companies with great tax and fiscal benefits that will impact the generation of employment and the greater development of the province.

After the talk, the free zone team will provide consultations forto publicize the particular benefits for each company.

Regarding the start of operations in the free zone, the Secretary of Production and Industry, Juan Peláez, said that “it will allow the establishment of companies with great tax and fiscal benefits that will impact the generation of employment and the further development of the province”.


The free zone of Vaca Muerta


The Zapala Free Trade Zone is an extra-customs space within the territory of Neuquén that offers national, provincial and municipal tax exemptions that make it a multimodal logistics center ideal for the development of industries, warehouses, technological development centers and professional services.

It is strategically located on national route 40in the middle of a bioceanic corridor, just 500 km (one truck day) from the deep-water ports of Concepción in Chile and almost the same distance from the ports of Bahía Blanca.

It has an airport enabled for international flights just five minutes away and railway tracks that enter the concession site. (250 ha), which connect it with the city of Zapala and from there with the rest of the country through the national railway system. The Free Trade Zone is concessioned to a group of Neuquén businessmen for a period of 30 years. It has lots, 28 meter wide streets, fiber optics, cell phone, 24-hour security, offices and meeting rooms with all services, a closed warehouse of more than 2,000 m2, an open-air warehouse of 6,000 m2 and a space for reefers (cold containers) of 9,000 m2.
