The reform project also contemplates modifications to the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation, specifically in relation to the presumption of bad faith in possession of property. In this sense, it is proposed that bad faith be automatically considered when assets are possessed that clearly come from the State or are intended for public service.
Mendoza and his work to position himself at the country level
The positioning of Mendoza at the country level is something that Cornejo, since his previous administration, has been working hard on. Not only because it is one of the few in which radicalism (or the local version of Together for Change) rules; but because it tries to ensure that the “Mendoza way” (as the model was named years ago) is replicated.
And some achievements he has achieved. According to the governor himself, other provinces have imitated some public policies implemented either by him, or by his successor -and predecessor- Rodolfo Suarez.
To name a few, in a meeting with young radicals (held a few weeks ago), The governor asked them to “military” their achievements.
In terms of health, Cornejo highlighted: “The minister of San Luis asked health reform laws” to Rodolfo Montero, the Minister of Health of Mendoza. This is how he maintained that the migration of doctors to the neighboring province has calmed down. “San Luis is dismantling the blockade of titles,” he said about a measure that was also implemented here.
Meanwhile, he referred to another topic that generated a lot of controversy years ago, but which he maintained: the Classroom item. “They are about to use an assistance and productivity item in Santa Fe, Entre Ríos and Córdoba, which has already been approved by the Legislature,” he said.
On the other hand, in terms of education he assured that “there are teaching indicators that are being analyzed by international organizations and are recommended in other Latin American countries,” he highlighted.
