Julieta Laso and La Cuarta de Fierro at the Independencia Theater

This Mendoza tango group already performed in 2022 together with Altertango, in 2023 within the framework of the Federal Tango Festival and this 2024, and will do so now to celebrate its 6 years of existence by presenting its renewed show of songs, and inviting to be part of the event to Julieta Laso, who will perform her repertoire accompanied by La Cuarta.

Since its origin, La Cuarta de Fierro has been one of the groups that has produced the greatest number of presentations and interventions on the Mendoza tango agenda, thus stirring the production of other performances and the appearance of new local tango projects.

He has toured stages inside and outside our province. He has also generated a sound record of his work, and currently has two albums available on music streaming platforms.

One of the objectives of La Cuarta and its members is to catalyze the musical movement of local tango into a defined identity of Mendoza tango. Build a living and developing heritage for the people of Mendoza.

The Teatro Independencia hall is the most important in the province of Mendoza, due to its history and location. La Cuarta wants to give spectators the possibility of finding, in a significant setting for the people of the province, such an important reference of tango and national popular music together with a group of Mendoza artists who work to build the identity of local tango.
