Maternal and Child
The Maternal and Child Hospital reported, from 8 p.m. on Friday, May 31 to 8 a.m. on Monday, June 3, the following news:
In the adult ward, 228 patients were treated, of which 32 were hospitalized. There were 86 obstetrics, 63 gynecology and 49 medical clinic visits.
In the pediatric ward, 1,019 patients were admitted, of which 49 were hospitalized. Among the causes of emergency there are 514 due to respiratory pathologies, 78 due to various traumas, 21 due to gastroenteritis, 3 due to a dog bite and 1 due to burns.
There were 23 live births: 11 men and 12 women.
Saint Bernard
At the San Bernardo hospital, from 8 a.m. on Friday, May 31, to 8 a.m. on Monday, June 3, 661 consultations were attended to on call.
Of the patients treated, 141 were hospitalized.
There were 89 people injured, of which 41 were due to traffic accidents:
- 31 motorcyclists
- 4 motorists
- 2 cyclists
- 2 passersby
- 2 on public transport
Also, among the on-call assistance, there were 30 patients referred by other health centers.
Pope Francisco
At the Pope Francis hospital, 329 patients were treated over the weekend and 114 were hospitalized. Among the causes, three were due to accidents and six were referrals from other health facilities, with diagnoses of hypoglycemia, syncope, kidney failure, anemia and pain. abdominal.
Lord of the Miracle
Over the weekend, the emergency department at the Señor del Milagro hospital treated 335 people. The medical requirements were mostly due to cases of rhinopharyngitis, acute bronchitis, unspecified fever and acute pharyngitis.
Arturo Onativia
The Arturo Oñativia hospital attended 46 consultations by emergency ward during the weekend, the main causes being: urinary tract infection, acute pain, heart failure and pharyngitis.
Miguel Ragone
Between 8 p.m. on Friday, May 31, and 8 a.m. on Monday, June 3, the on-call service of the Dr. Miguel Ragone mental health hospital treated 16 people who required emergency psychiatric and psychological assistance.
