San Luis Potosí, SLP.- The Attorney General’s Office of the State of San Luis Potosí (FGESLP) captured a man related to the crimes of qualified homicide and injuries, in Cerritos.
The detainee was accused of injuring three people with a knife in a jaripeo event held within the ranch known as “El Sauz”, as a result of this conduct, two of the victims lost their lives.
The Closing Unit of the Traditional System punctually followed up on this matter, by directing legal actions against this person and it was achieved that he was required by the judicial authority through an arrest warrant.
After some search work, the Investigative Police (PDI) found the whereabouts of the aforementioned subject in the streets of the La Pila district, and thus he was secured.
The accused was medically evaluated as indicated by law, and was subsequently detained in the area’s penitentiary center, where he will wait for the hearing where he will face the aforementioned crimes.
