This last weekend, by virtue of the different operations planned by the Gualeguaychú Rural Crime Prevention Brigades, the uniformed officers were able to verify eleven poachers in Colonia El Potrero. Nine of these people were from Gualeguaychú, and two from Zárate, province of Buenos Aires..
All of them were returning from carrying out illegal poaching activity in the “El Potrero Reserve.”
Procedure in Entre Ríos
The procedures were carried out on Saturday afternoon. The rural police intercepted two groups of people on 2nd and 9th streets, in a first procedure they identified a Gol Trend with four citizens, who carried four dogs; and within a few minutes a group of six people with sixteen dogswhich in backpacks and suitcases carried five wild boar pigs and three gutted deer, product of illegal hunting; They also had knives and flashlights in their possession.
The people were identified for violating the Provincial Hunting Law.
In this way, the Rural Crime Prevention Brigade continues with the prevention and verification of infractions by people who do not have the requirements requested by the Provincial Hunting Law to exercise it within the legal parameters.
