With the objective of giving continuity to the Eleventh Congress of the Federation of Cuban Women (FMC), in the 74 blocks of San José de las Lajas, capital of Mayabeque, the political process “The Congress returns to the base” takes place.
Elianny Susel Jaren Yera, general secretary of the Federation of Cuban Women in Lajero territory, explained that this will last until June 30, with exchanges with the federated members about the work projections that occurred in the great event and the role that corresponds to the organization, in the current scenario of the country.
Jaren Yera asserted that other actions will be aimed at preparing the secretariat, strengthening the structure with the reorganization of the delegations and getting to know the problems of women in the community closely.
With the aim of giving continuity to the great event of the federated women, this process also calls for working more and better from the base, for unity, the visibility of women and their advancement.
The work of the federations of the capital of Mayabeque is aimed at consolidating unity, strengthening political-ideological work, supporting the implementation of the Government’s projections to correct distortions, reinvigorate the economy and eliminate negative trends.
