The Judicial Branch, through the Administrative Corporation, invites all interested companies to apply in the tender for the construction of the replacement of the Court of Letters and Guarantee of Puerto Aysén.
The tender considers the execution of the construction of said court, with a total land area of 2,500 m2 and a total area to be built of approximately 1,915 m2, which will be distributed in a two-level work.
The project is located in an area with easy access and high connectivity, connected to the main access avenue of Puerto Aysén such as Avenida Sargento Aldea and Teniente Merino Street.
The building stands out for its modern and avant-garde design. In architectural terms, it is integrated as a landmark within the urban fabric, maintaining the characteristic horizontality of the environment.
